What this layout includes
- Your studio name and contact details in the header
- The client's name and billing address
- An invoice number, the issue date and the date the balance is due
- One line per session, package, batch of edits or print order, with quantity and rate
- Tax on the lines it applies to, and none on the lines it does not
- The total, and the balance due once a deposit or part payment has been recorded
- Notes for usage or delivery details, and the payment terms you agreed
