What this layout includes

  • Your studio name and contact details in the header
  • The client's name and billing address
  • An invoice number, the issue date and the date the balance is due
  • One line per session, package, batch of edits or print order, with quantity and rate
  • Tax on the lines it applies to, and none on the lines it does not
  • The total, and the balance due once a deposit or part payment has been recorded
  • Notes for usage or delivery details, and the payment terms you agreed
