Are these invoice templates free?

Yes. The previews on this page are free to look at, and the free invoice generator lets you fill in a document in your browser without an account. MetroPay itself is free to use today, with at least 30 days notice by email before paid plans.

Can I download a template as a Word or Excel file?

No. There is nothing to download here: each preview is the real MetroPay template drawn on screen. To make an invoice of your own, use the invoice generator, which prints or saves as PDF from your browser, or create it in MetroPay, where the PDF is built from the layout you choose.

Which layout should I choose?

Pick by how much your invoices carry. Minimal and Classic suit short invoices with a few lines. Statement and Ledger give a long invoice more structure. Modern, Split and Contemporary lean on your brand colour. The content is the same on all seven, so you can change your mind later.

Can I edit the layout itself?

No. You choose one of the seven and apply your logo or letterhead, your colours, your numbering and your custom fields. The layouts themselves are fixed, which is what keeps the PDF, the invoice screen and the customer page identical.

Do all seven work with my logo and colours?

Yes. A square logo or a horizontal letterhead, and either a curated colour preset or your own primary and accent colours, apply to whichever layout you choose. The previews here carry no logo on purpose, so you see the layout rather than a brand.
